A classic timepiece, this vintage Lord Elgin Henslee wristwatch, reference 4902 and dated from 1951. It is a manual-wind watch with an original Elgin movement caliber grade 556, 21 jewels, sub-second, adjusted to 4 positions, a 38-hours power reserve and a frequency of 18,000 vph. Made in U.S.A.
Very elegant, this watch is cased in a 29mm round case, all in 14K yellow GOLD with fancy lug design.
Original black dial with gold hour markers, gold minute track and matching gold hands. The sub-second is located at 6 o'clock. The dial is also signed with Lord Elgin on top.
It is coming with a with a brand-new, black Hadley-Roma genuine leather two-piece strap, completing the look with a modern touch.
In excellent working conditions, this wristwatch is not only an attractive timepiece but also a piece of horological history.
